Pros (+) the price was low and the birds were sweet. The owner was professional and helpful.
Cons (-) Felt a little needing of maintaining. Like the room , especially the carpet felt dirty. Needed a table or something.

Pros (+) Staff was great. Got a free room upgrade. Lobby coffee was actually pretty decent.

Pros (+) Paper thin walls don't get good ratings. So really pretty basic sleeping place
Cons (-) People outside smoking and the smoke entered the room I was in. A non smoking room with smoke invading the room !
