Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the friendliness of the staff. Many reviews highlight the convenience for exploring the city and the welcoming atmosphere at reception. However, several guests express disappointment with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, noting issues such as dust, stains, and outdated fixtures. Some mention that the hotel does not meet four-star standards, with complaints about old furnishings and maintenance problems. Despite these drawbacks, positive experiences with staff and location are frequent, making it a suitable choice for short stays or those prioritizing convenience.
