It was clean, it was shabby, the bed sunk, I have seen better furniture at the tip. Toilet didn't flush the paper away and dripped most of the night, no space to park the car, had to ride around to find somewhere to park the car.

The room was not dusted, bathroom was dirty. I am sad to say that when to lift the cover of the toilet seat did was disgusting. There were poop stains from the previous guests, it was disgusting. There was no one at the reception. it was a late check-in, onces we checked-in he lady left before we had a chance to inspect the room. The following morning was a Sunday and the lady at the reception from the night before informed us the time of check-in that no one would be at the property in the morning because they had to go to church. So there was no body make our complaints.

Windsor Hotel is family run and family friendly, offering reasonably priced basic guest accommodation right by Folkestone’s famous Leas Promenade and The Leas Cliff Hall entertainment venue. Parking outside the hotel is free from 18:00 – 08:00. On the Kent coast, the Windsor is within walking distance of the refurbished Bandstand and Amphitheatre. Both feature live events within the new Lower Leas Coastal Park, where there is also an adventure playground and pebble beach. An en suite bathroom, Freeview TV and tea/coffee making facilities are featured in each room at the Windsor. Free Wi-Fi access is available in the ground floor public area.
