Pros (+) The managers nice helpful listen to you and try to do whatever they could to make your stay acceptable
Cons (-) The housekeeping staff rude obnoxious pushy did not adhere to do not disturb signs were only interested in their self-serving interests did not make you feel like a guest have no idea what the hospitality industry is about I travel a lot and lots of problems start with the house cleaning I told a woman I stayed here for well over a week spend a lot of money expected better treatment and I asked fo...

Pros (+) The bed was comfortable, the refrigerator, microwave and TV were very nice. The countertops were pretty clean. They look like they tried to update a few things in the room and so that was a pleasant surprise.
Cons (-) The towels were disgusting. They had stains on them some look like rust and some looks like poop. That by far was the most disturbing part of our stay. The bed sheets and comforter had stains all over them too. I could tell that they try to at least possibly clean the stains, but the sheets and the comforter are white and so all you get and see are gray smudge spots all over them. I would suggest ...

Pros (+) Pet friendly. Close to several nature themed activities like the Everglades. Staff tries to be very helpful most of the time.
Cons (-) Experience varies widely with room; some just fine others smokey or poorly cleaned; no relliable way of knowing if you will get a good one or not. Exceedingly poor breakfast selection.
