Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many noting its proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, and attractions. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and professionalism. Some guests found the beds comfortable and the breakfast enjoyable. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with numerous reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. While a few guests mentioned reasonable pricing, opinions on value for money were mixed. Overall, the positives centered on location and service, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness.

Pros (+) Convenient location for keys, Biscayne Bay, and Everglades. Pool was nice. Breakfast ok, just the basics. Clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy.
Cons (-) Staff did not speak English well. Some noise in hallway in early a.m.

Pros (+) Location convenient to highway and parking options. Breakfast waffle maker, granola, and yogurt options.
Cons (-) Dangerously flickering off bathroom light required leaving door open to get steady lighting from outside at least. Considering how frequent it was, it had to have been noticed if the bathroom was properly cleaned. Also price for two bed room was increased 16 dollars because child is over age of 12.
