Pros (+) Very clean and updated. The updated furniture, paint, tile, flooring, and bedding was all very clean and of quality. The owners seem to care about the appearance and it shows. The staff was wonderful and helpful, and the breakfast had doughnuts from a local shop. We will be staying here again this summer!
Cons (-) I wish the breakfast offered something that wasn't just sugar. Don't get me wrong, i love doughnuts! However, hard boiled eggs, milk, cheese, or yogurt would be a nice addition.

Pros (+) We've stayed in this motel several times. It's clean, modern, and comfortable. The best thing is that, as you might guess by its name, it's very close to the Old Town area and the riverfront. We'd stay again.
Cons (-) The only think that bumps this place down from "excellent" to "good" is that (1) when you first walk into the room there's a distinct musty smell. After a while, you don't notice it, but it's there. And (2) the exhaust fans in the room, and the neighboring rooms, are very loud, seriously loud. They really need to be replaced.
