Pros (+) Staff are great - cared and gave really useful advice Location is just right - easy to find, very close to old town and dunes' rides Our bathroom was huge
Cons (-) Continuous problems with hot water. It can be quite cold in the room if the heater isn't on. It would be great if windows were new, or at least, well-renovated, otherwise it's a nice place for a couple of nights

Pros (+) Facility was clean and the host was very nice. They have some great collection of games and a cozy fireplace in the lobby to hangout.
Cons (-) The facility is dated and feels like a cheap motel. It is very very clean though. Most of the furnishings are old but very well maintained. It is noisy.. you can hear everyone and their brother taking a bath.
