Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it ideal for exploring Florence and its main attractions. The staff consistently received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and flexibility, with many guests feeling welcomed and well cared for. Cleanliness was also a highlight, with several reviews noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. While the value for price was appreciated by some, a few guests mentioned small room sizes and occasional noise, but these were generally outweighed by the positive aspects.
