Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, proximity to the harbor, and beautiful rooftop terrace with great views. However, many reviews mention significant issues with service, including poor staff attitude, overbooking, and unexpected extra charges. Cleanliness is another concern, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant smells, and maintenance problems. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding it lacking in variety or quality. While the location and rooftop are highlights, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and breakfast to enhance the overall guest experience.
