The property was in a good place to travel to other places
We had to wait for are meal to long
+ Local hotel with very good location in black forest, we got wide family comfort room with balcony. + Black forest card is including in service + Water-pool accessible 24h + Coffee/ tea/ cake break in afternoon + Cleaness
- Very local hotel, not suitable for families with children, better for couples ( TV only with local adults channels, no children facilities, slow WiFi internet connection good only for reading) - Not comfort pillows - Breakfast poor with vegetables - No teapot in the room, so if you want tea not in breakfast or tea-break hours you will pay 2.3 euro for tea bag. For example in near supermarket you can buy package with dozen tea bags for 1 euro...
nice view from our room, very good matras, swimming pool and sauna are beautiful. We are definitely coming back to this hotel when we visite the region a second time.
more fresh fruit for breakfast like strawberries, melon
Comfortable. Good breakfast. Free coffee and cake in the afternoon was nice. Good spa facilities
Bit far from train station.
The location is very good, and the team was responsive and helpful.
The double economy room is small and the bed is not really suitable for two. Breakfast is quite basic.
