Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing major issues with cleanliness such as dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and pest infestations. Many also reported poor service from staff, problems with deposits, and misleading or inadequate breakfast offerings. The pool was mentioned several times but did not stand out as a positive or negative. However, a few guests appreciated the convenient location and, in rare cases, the helpfulness of staff or ease of internet access.
