The price was great. It was clean and quiet. The TV picture was very clear. The water was very hot for showers. They offer shampoo/conditioner shampoo and quality facial soap as well as make up remover towelettes. The lobby was very comfortable and inviting. The keys to the room and outside door worked great every time.
The lady at the front desk was not warm, friendly or welcoming at all, which is nice when you've been traveling all day. We were not informed there was a free breakfast in the morning or told what time it was. By the time we went to check on the times it was over at 9:00am.
You get what you pay for.
The woman who checked us in was very friendly! And the price was great.
The room was dirty, dated and untidy. The dirt built up in the corners or the room was especially gross. Also, the room was FREEZING when we first walked in. The heater was unplugged. Had to leave for a while and let it heat up in there. We checked our pamphlet in the room for a checkout time. It said noon. At the time we were on a cross-country move and absolutely exhausted. We were excited to sleep in, but got a call at 10:50 asking if we were checking out or staying another night. We said yes we were checking out, but at noon, when the pamphlet said checkout was. We hadn't showered or anything. The woman just said, "Oh yeah. They get those wrong a lot. But checkout is at 11:00." Basically, get out or pay for another night. The overall state of the room I had gotten past. Really not a huge deal when you just want a bed to sleep in. But being rushed out of the room like that left such a sour taste in my mouth. Will never stay here again. Not a good experience.
Good price, not as a bad as expected after reading all the comments
