The one-way (different drop-off location than pick-up location) 150 euro fee is excessive. For any future trips, we will not rent a car to avoid the one-way fee and leave from a nearby airport.Reviewed Apr 13 2024

Pros:The car was nice enough.Cons:The drop off location on our contract was closed when we arrived before the agreed time so we could not leave the car. The 4 phone lines we could find were either unattended at the time we called, or blocked to international callers (we have a US number). Other location in Dieppe was also closed.Reviewed Mar 25 2019
