I specifically said no to the precharge fuel option and they charge me for it anyway and are giving me the runaround to get it refunded. Real crooks.Reviewed Apr 26 2026

Drop off was a problem. We were told to go in and wait in line while in fact we didn't have to. Also lots of dog hairs in the vehicle at pick up. Not great for our allergiesReviewed Sept 9 2025

They took the car back in the middle of traveling due to the loss of driver license by theft. Ruined travel, high fine and penalties with no response. Rent at Paris but taken at Milan, Italy. Had to walk away without any alternatives. Horrible and terrible representatives at the counters both France and ItalyReviewed Dec 29 2023
