Pros: Staff was nice. Car was clean.
Cons: We ended up waiting in two different lines at the airport. Counter staff did not have much urgency. The dropoff was pretty unclear and we spent some time looking for the parking spaces and key dropoff box.

Be prepared for upselling
Pros: Rental desk location was convenient to baggage claim. Staff member was friendly.
Cons: Relentless upselling of add on insurance. Major credit cards now offer CDW and Primary insurance as part of their package. Charges quoted at time of reservation were 40 Euros less than actual charges

Cons: An officer is not very helpful at the beginning. But the lady and the standing guy are excellent.
