Cons: At drop off , Barbra, customer service extremely rude when I asked her why the extra charges, she kept saying she didn't care and it's not her responsibility when I questioned the extra charges

Not Amused
Pros: The car was new
Cons: it wasn't the car I had booked. I booked a compact like a VW Up or similar, manual, for 143 and ended up getting a massive Skoda Rapid wagon, automatic, and had to pay almost double the price for it at 217. I had no time to argue. But I got thoroughly ripped off. Will stick with Hertz
