Good for the money. Staff was really nice and the breakfast bar was good. Kid enjoyed the pool area.

Nice but has its challenges
The unpleasant part of our arrival at the hotel occurred immediately. When we got to the hotel to check in they charged our card again after we had paid on this website.We dug out the Kayak conformation receipt and they refunded their $79/night charge. We realized the hotel would have charged us $100 less than the price we paid on Kayak for the 2 queen bed room. The community had plenty of lodging available and we did not need to use Kayak. I will NOT use Kayak again. Paying ahead did not help our stay or our finances in Eureka Springs. The room had no clock, the sink faucet was not bolted down, the door would not always latch when closed, and the dresser had a handle hanging from one screw. We informed the front desk so we would not be charged later but nothing was fixed during our 4 day stay.
The room was clean and comfortable when we arrived at the hotel. They provided a hot breakfast every morning that included the usual breakfast items like cereal, juice, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, coffee and milk. The hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating. I rested very well in the beds in our room.
