Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for city attractions and events. Many also highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, which contributed positively to their stay. However, some guests were disappointed with the room size and felt that the value for price was lacking, especially given the standard of the rooms and bathrooms. Cleanliness and breakfast received mixed feedback, with some finding them satisfactory and others noting areas for improvement. Noise from the surrounding area was also mentioned as a drawback for light sleepers.
