Pros:The staff was friendly and tried to make our trip safe. It appeared that evening I picked up the rental car the car hadn't been serviced because the following morning as I was loading the vehicle one of the back doors did not open. I took the car back to Enterprise and told them about it. Several staff members tried to get the door to open but failed. No rental car was available at the store nor within close range. We waited and waited because the worker stated vehicles were coming to the store that morning. Long story short...after about 1 1/2 hour we were given a van and for the same rate as the car would have been. We were 2 hours behind on our trip due to the door was stuck. BUT we were able to take the trip and we had plenty of space to travel inCons:I believe the car should have been checked before it was given to me. BUT at least the problem was addressed and eventually fixed.Reviewed Sep 8 2020

Pros:The staff refused to allow me as well as others to enter the building. His statement was they closed at 12:00 and we were not standing outside at 12:00 because he locked the door at 12:03. I totally disagreed with him being that he was inside working with a client and that people were waiting outside but the door was locked. I explained to him that I had preregistered and that I just needed to pick up my vehicle. He replied he can't allow me in and it would take at least thirty minutes to complete the paperwork, My weekend trip was blown away and my family was very disappointed.Cons:More workers should have been at the front desk so that services could have been rendered professionally. LOCKING THE DOOR AND REFUSING TO ALLOW PEOPLE IN BECAUSE THE STAFF IS SHORT HANDED WAS HORRIBLE. This is the second time this company has failed in providing good services.Reviewed Sep 8 2020

Pros:CSR very poor .price on renter was greatCons:Is the fact they're very rude. Customers left phone in car.they would not give it to them because they say they close at 6:00pm.I schedule my pick up at 6:00 pm first time renting from this company. I call at 5:45pm told them I had to pickup schedule for six I told her I don't know they closed at six.i told her I can be there in 5 min. Switched me to a Tiny CarPros:Ease of check inCons:Was contracted for Ford Focus or better (with 5 seats) and was switched to a tiny Fiesta with barely room for 3 people. I am a large / tall guy and scraped my head twice trying to just get into the thing. I should have NOT ACCEPTED the car but was stressed for time.Reviewed Oct 23 2016

AwesomePros:The customer service was the most amazing service I've ever had... seriously. It was a quick and easy transaction. The guy's name that helped me was Zach.. he was extremely helpful and very accommodating (I received a free upgrade because of minor utility issues with my original rental). I just couldn't imagine a better place to go to receive this great of an experience renting a vehicle, because renting a vehicle can be such a headache. 5 starsCons:I loved everything about it.Reviewed Oct 18 2016
