Senaca Enterprise rental 2016/17Pros:Great car, clean and the rental went through in minutes. No form filling at all. Service was good and prompt, drop off was even faster. Great staff very friendly.Cons:The general office area seemed a bit scruffy and in need of updating.Reviewed Jan 5 2017

Initially overcharged for a car with a strong blacPros:The car performed fine other than the odor. The delivery person was pleasant. The convenience of dropping the car at the airport was very nice.Cons:The delivery of the car was slower than I would have expected. Was told 15 minutes and it was closer to 30. I was late to my appointment. The car had an awful smell of black cherry and cigarettes- we had to make the trip with the windows down. Noticed my credit card was charged 45.49 versus my Kayak receipt of 41.06. Had to call Enterprise. Their first response was that it was a road side assistance charge(that I did not agree to). I told them that sounds like a scam. They put me on hold then they agreed to take the charge off.Reviewed Nov 16 2015
