Pros:The main reason I like renting at Enterprise Minneapolis Downtown location if for the after hours return option to the ramp.Cons:Had to wait 20 minutes for a car to be ready. Had to wait 10 minutes to return the car. With only one or two people working, they are never actually available to help the customer.Reviewed Nov 11 2019

Cons:The constant up selling was a real letdown. Felt pushy and unprofessional. Even after saying for the forth time that you didn't want a service. Would use Enterprise againPros:It was a brand new car and it was just what I asked for. Due to a long distance drive I requested an all wheel or 4 wheel drive SUV and i was able to secure it with no hassle. It was a well equipped car and a super quick and easy check out at the desk.
