Cons:Reserved car was not available, and no options for a larger vehicle were available in the near area. As the reservation was placed a week in advance, I was very unsatisfied. The rental agent was nice, polite, and as helpful as he could have been.Reviewed Oct 2 2019

She did the jobPros:We received a Subaru Legacy and the AWD was great and came in handy when driving in the snow. The stereo was nice and boomy.Cons:I reserved a "full size" Camry or something comparable and received the Subaru Legacy. I felt it was more of an intermediate type and didn't have the comfort and space I had in mind. Was it fine? Yes. I own one in fact. I just expected more. There wasn't an ice scraper which made some occasions a little tricky. It also was low on oil which I didn't notice till drop off when the light came on.Reviewed Nov 27 2018

Pros:We ordered a minivan and confirmed but they didn't have one on site when we arrived for pick up. They offered another vehicle but it was not comparable so they then located another minivan and had it driven over to their office. At took about 45 minutes longer than planned but I was thankful that a accommodated me.Reviewed Jan 4 2018
