I’m sorry, I forgot her name, but she was awesome! I believe I talked to her twice on the phone and then in person she was great. I mentioned that I needed a specific space for luggage and/or a roof rack. She mentioned a couple different vehicles that were coming in and should accommodate what I was looking for. She said she would try to set one of them aside to make sure we had enough space. She came in clutch! Space for passengers and luggage! Great experience from start to finish. Thank you!Reviewed Jun 24 2024

I am not sure why your site offers deals on cars that are not there. I rented a transit van, only to find out it wasn't available. When I asked about a refund I was told to contact Kayak. When I asked for help locating another transit I was told I would have to call around. Plain and simple do not advertise items you don't have!Reviewed Apr 22 2024
