I am not sure why your site offers deals on cars that are not there. I rented a transit van, only to find out it wasn't available. When I asked about a refund I was told to contact Kayak. When I asked for help locating another transit I was told I would have to call around. Plain and simple do not advertise items you don't have!Reviewed Apr 22 2024

Pros:Not a thing.Cons:We specifically needed a SUV and that is what we reserved. When we went to pick it up, they did not have one. The clerk told us they accept all reservations whether they have the car or not. This is the second time this has happened with Enterprise. Pros:Drop off was easy.Cons:Pick up was disorderly. Car was not clean inside. I even verified they had time to clean it well because it looked like they had just ran it through the carwash. He said yes. When I got home I spent an hour cleaning it because there was trash and obvious smear marks on the windows and such from the previous user. Given that we are in the middle of a pandemic with COVID-19 this was highly disappointing.Reviewed Jul 16 2020

Ridiculous qualifications to rent a car!Cons:The reps on site in Kansas City refused to rent us the car we reserved as we didn't have state of Missouri issued drivers licenses- we flew in from Minnesota! We will not be renting from Enterprise in the future!Reviewed Jan 13 2017
