Pros:The vehicle was clean.Cons:We had an 8am pick up, didn't get out of there until 9:30. They wouldn't accept the insurance I had taken out through Kayak, so the price tag went up from $27 for the weekend to well over $100, just the insurance. They added so many extra fees I paid almost $500 for the 3 days. That was my first time and last time renting with Enterprise.Reviewed Aug 21 2017

ReviewPros:NothingCons:When I arrived they did have the car I ordered. The sales rep went to the manager and asked to give me an upgrade from the back. The manager said I had to wait until a customer brought another car back? I didnt order. He said the website said they did not have to give me the car I picked out. The manager african amrrican gave a black woman a car and men who walked in I sat there and men and black woman came in and they got cars. I felt discriminated against. White woman. Pros:Enterprise Car Rental is convenient, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. At the last minute, I had to rent the car for an extra day and they could not have been nicer about it.Cons:I experienced no problems at all.Reviewed Mar 24 2017

Poor communication and lack of effortPros:The vehicle, once I received one, was in very good conditionCons:I booked online for a 12 PM pickup. I showed up at noon and they did not have the car. No effort to try and figure it out. Nothing but the "deer in the headlights look". I then asked if they would call the next local office. They said ok and they did with no luck. "deer in the headlights again". So I asked them to call another office and they did. Finally a car so I had to drive an extra 25 miles to pick up my car that was supposed to be a half mile from my office. Terrible initiative and poor customer service.Reviewed Jan 12 2017
