Friendly, helpful, responsive staff. Economy car was tiny, ugly and a little beat up. Missing a hubcap. It got the job done but was a very unappealing vehicle.Reviewed Oct 4 2026

Staff was very helpful and patient. I understand not committing to a refund for planning the default statement shouldn’t be “we will refund it right back in return of the car” should probably be put out front that if after hours it might be delayed and or it may take up to two weeks. My refund was within in two days but for budget and planning worst case scenario should be stated up front. That is not a complaint just a suggestion.Reviewed Mar 19 2026
