Pros:I was given an upgraded vehicle at no extra charge. This was because they did not have my reserved vehicle on the lot.Cons:I think that the lot was far busier than expected and it caused some logistical problems. They only had one gentlemen cleaning all of the cars, so that caused some issues with being able to turn the cars over in a timely manner.Reviewed Jun 8 2020
