Pros: we booked a car 24 hours in advance, got confirmation, and the one hour before pickup got a call saying they had NO vehicles available...we are done with enterprise key largo.
Cons: the representative was absolutely useless in answering questions about our other options and his supervisor never followed up on our issue.

Pros: Quick and good pick-up and delivery. Very good price.
Cons: Car was low on washer fluid, which became a problem with bugs on windshield. Rear brakes squeaking, needs checking.

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: cars were dirty. the excuse was the car was sitting for a couple of days. the car has not been cleaned, there were electronic devices left by previous customer in glove box and the previous renter must have had a pet in the car which was noticed by my son in law who is alergic to cats. I am Not, but 200 miles later when i picked him up it becamw evident. sloppy work Enterprise!

Happy there is now an Enterprise in KL.
Pros: Easy to just drop the keys off and be on my way.
Cons: There is hardly any parkinglot, so turning into and out of the lot was not very safe. The person picking me up basically had to park on the shoulder of Route 1. They also needed another person, as it as 9am on a Saturday and there were 4 customers dropping off or picking up at the same time.
