Pros:Staff was super friendly and helpful. H answered all our questions and helped to upgrade our vehicle to what we wanted.Cons:There was a really long line and only two people helping at the counter. It seemed like this took a lot longer to move through the line and get out of the airport than it usually does at other rental places. Plus, there was no seating available, so you had to stand the entire time you waited.Reviewed Nov 3 2020
