Pros:Car was nice and staff helpful, Drop off easy as well.Cons:When I booked the car, I booked for Seattle Airport. However, when I arrived Enterprise at the airport told that the reservation was for Enterprise in Bellevue (although when I bookked, I specified airport) 40 minutes away. I was offered a car by Enterprise at the airport but instead of original fee of $24.00 I was charged $75.00. Is this a novel way of making money?Reviewed Oct 18 2020

Pros:The garage manager at SeaTav Enterprise was wonderful to work with, all the staff there were lovely and helpful.Cons:I never rented in Bellevue, I rented at SeaTac, which you all promptly messed up. I put in my desired location, confirmed, and when I went to pick up the car, the location was completely different. I had to make a completely new rental arrangement at a higher rate. Also, the staff- however friendly- are not communicating interdepartmentally, and sending me emails and making charges on my account without advising me. It’s been a nightmare and a half from start to finish.Reviewed Sept 1 2020
