Pros:I had a small old debt from a car accident rental that had apparently not been paid. Instead of just saying "call corporate" Cameron led me through the process of getting it paid and removed quickly it! Promote him to Teaching the new managers! Outstanding Customer ServicePros:The customer service received was outstanding. From the customer service phone representative to the pick up driver Joe, to the Assistant Branch Manager, Nigel J. Perry to the Regional District Manager Steve Trevino and finally to the agent I returned the car to at Hobby International Airport in Houston, Tx . I have rented multiple vehicles from numerous car rental companies but I can honestly say I have never received this type of noteworthy and exemplary service. Thank you, thank you. Ripped off for a nail in the tirePros:Was given a replacement car that was an upgradeCons:I was charged $150.00 for a nail in the tire on the very same day I picked it up. I noticed an TS indicator in the instrument panel approximately 2 hours after I started driving the car ( it may have been on when I picked up the car i do not know ), but I parked the car and visited the attraction we were going to, and it did not come on immediately, however after about 20 miles the TS indicator came on again. we parked the car overnight then we started driving around sightseeing and an Low Tire Pressure Warning indicator came on. when took it back they said it would cost me $150.00 damage. I think that the nail was in the tire when I rented it, but I could not prove it.Reviewed Feb 21 2016

Staff needs to be completely honest up frontPros:The staff was friendly.Cons:Staff kept ensuring people that car would be ready as soon as possible. No one got their car quickly. I would have been much happier if they explained that it could take an hour or longer and then tell me why it was taking that long. Staff needs training on how to manage expectations. I would not have been as upset if they explained the situation. I waited almost two hours. Place was dingy and grungy looking. Need to clean carpets. Pros:Friendly staff, stayed late to get me into my rental agent the ferry ran late.Cons:Would have preferred the Toyota RAV4 that I thought I was getting, but the Nissan Rogue was surprisingly nice to drive. I have 3 Toyotas and using their cruise control on the highway is second nature.Reviewed Apr 25 2019

Stranded by Enterprise in GalvestonPros:They provided us with complimentary water bottlesCons:We were denied a car rental despite our reservation because we did not have a major credit card but rather a Visa debit card. There was no indication that this would be the case in the fine print of our rental confirmation and in fact their front door states that they take credit and debit cards. Apparently that is only if you are local or are renting at an airport with a round trip ticket. We had flown in to Houston for a cruise and were flying out of Austin so this didn’t apply to us. I hope Enterprise considers changing this ridiculous policy or at least being more transparent about it when reservations are made.Reviewed Dec 27 2017

Great Enterprise Rental Car ExperiencePros:Found myself in a bind Easter morning needing a rental car to attend a family function. Darn our family car which decided to stay home that day! Enterprise was open, cars available, and customer service staff welcoming and attentive. Car was super nice and comfortable.
