Pros: The staff was very friendly and offered me a free upgrade since a compact car wasn't available.
Cons: They gave me a ride home after I dropped off the vehicle. Keep up the great work!

NIce employees
Pros: I booked on-line and chose the cheapest available rental I could find. They said it would be compact/choice (whatever was in the lot that they chose to give me) I ended up getting a mini van which was a pleasant surprise! It had many bells and whistles but I never really had a chance to figure out how the work.
Cons: The 3rd party insurance coverage offered on Kayak was only 9.99 a day so I purchased it only to be told by Enterprise that they do not accept that insurance because they are terrible about paying out when necessary. YOU NEED to make that known everywhere on line. Also, Enterprise employees could take a bit more time to teach the bells and whistles in the vehicles.

Decent car, but over-priced
Pros: Roomy SUV in good condition. Easy pick-up and drop-off.
Cons: The one-way charge was obese. Kind of a gas-hog. There are SUVs now that get much better gas mileage.

Pros: Very friendly, accommodating And quick. They were able to change my reservation at the last minute when my flight arrived late. Will use this location again in the future!
Cons: Limited hours on weekends and no night drop offs.
