Pros:we were able to pick up the car quicklyCons:The car itself was not good. When we asked if the car had 4 wheel drive we were told we would be fine without it without ever inquiring into where we were going-we could’ve used four wheel drive. While driving just along the highways themselves the car had difficulty maintaining speed and struggled at the slightest incline. The Bluetooth connection in the car was spotty at best; not to mention if you need to plug your phone in it wouldn’t play navigation from that phone anymore. If any of us had been traveling alone with this vehicle it would’ve been almost dangerous trying to read navigation from our phones the whole time. Having a good system for navigation on a rental car should absolutely be standard.Reviewed Mar 18 2021

Pros:We did a one way rental and everything went as planned. Staff at both enterprise locations were efficient and very professional.Cons:We arrived early into Whitefish and had hoped to pick up our vehicle early but there was insufficient inventory. Closed at 8pm. No late pickup. Offsite from airport.Pros:Nothing.Cons:Closed by 8pm. No pickup after. No redirect to another enterprise representative when calling. Got lucky and was able to get another car with Budget (great service), otherwise Enterprise would have destroyed the itinerary.Reviewed Jul 24 2018
