Pros:
Quick and easy to understand instructions for rentals. Very informative. Beth showed us the car we would be using, so that we wouldn’t get confused and she also offered the best choice for us, since there are some age restrictions. She also gave us unlimited mileage which was a huge bonus for us! We will be booking with Budget again soon! Thanks Beth!Dollar

The service was incredible. They sent a shuttle on time to pick us up without me having to do anything but make the reservation. They were super friendly and made us feel welcome. A real nice surprise for a rental company!Cons:
Nothing on their end. I was unsure how it'd work with the shuttle and you could tell people that they'll show up just for you based on your time input upon reservation. This personal service is such a nice benefit that you could let the customer know upon reservation on Kayak. But the service itself was perfect!2,0 Poor

we were able to pick up the car quicklyCons:
The car itself was not good. When we asked if the car had 4 wheel drive we were told we would be fine without it without ever inquiring into where we were going-we could’ve used four wheel drive. While driving just along the highways themselves the car had difficulty maintaining speed and struggled at the slightest incline. The Bluetooth connection in the car was spotty at best; not to mention if you need to plug your phone in it wouldn’t play navigation from that phone anymore. If any of us had been traveling alone with this vehicle it would’ve been almost dangerous trying to read navigation from our phones the whole time. Having a good system for navigation on a rental car should absolutely be standard.10,0 Wonderful

We arrived early into Whitefish and had hoped to pick up our vehicle early but there was insufficient inventory. Not the company’s fault but some flexibility would have been ideal.8,8 Very Good

dollar rental was very friendly and helpful. When our flight was delayed Avis would not assure us that we would have a suv to rent.Cons:
If someone is willing to pay for a suv even though they can't pick it up when planned, they should make sure the suv is there when they get there.2,0 Poor

Cons:
This was at Glacier National Airport in Kalispell, MT. Made the reservation with Avis because the value was reasonable and they were open at 8 AM when I needed to pick up the car and make it to an appointment. Arrived at 8 AM and two people at the counter, neither of which could rent me the car because they did not work the front desk. They said the person was running late and would be in shortly. Thirty minutes later, the front desk person was still not there. Could not wait any longer so I went to Budget and they had just what I needed and for the same price. Avis lost the rental and a customer.8,0 Very Good

The tires on my rental required filling every other day. As soon as I left the lot, the tire light came on....luckily nothing happened and they didn’t deflate completely but I still feel like this should have been looked at prior to me driving10,0 Wonderful

The Staff was friendly but didn't talk my ear off, the Vehicle was newer & in great shape. It also got decent gas mileage for a big ford expedition, about 20 MPG. Pick Up & Drop Off was a breeze & took less than 5 minutes for both.Cons:
I thought the $1,300.00 Price Tag was Pretty Steep for 6 Days, especially since the last day I dropped the vehicle off between 7:30 & 8:00 AM.Thrifty

Pros:
at drop off, I explained that the gas tank was FULL. After reviewing the bill before boarding my flight, I discovered that I was charged for the cost of $97 for fuel. I had to go back to the agent (behind the security) and she corrected it. I find this annoying as it is a basic component of checking out a rental car. Other attendants go over the statement LINE by LINE. Not at this station. Peculiar, With kind regards, Roger van den BerghCons:

I wasn't sure how to return the vehicle - had to take keys to the desk unlike other rental experiences where someone is there waiting to check you in or you leave the keys in the car. Signage would have helped as we were in a rush.4,0 Mediocre

The first rental not properly working, it wouldn’t start up right away, the car had several dents and scratches on the car, it also smelled like smoke. When I made the reservation counter aware, they acted as if there wasn’t a problem. Business as usual.10,0 Wonderful

The staff was incredibly helpful and to-the-point. He did not try to sell me any add-ons or unneeded extras, and got us in and out very quickly. The car was top-notch (I don’t think a Chrysler 300 fits in the “compact” category that we paid for, but we certainly didn’t complain) and drove very well.Cons:
We found a bit of trash in the backseat and the trunk. Nothing shocking, but we did end up cleaning out more trash than we added to the car.10,0 Wonderful
