I had a reservation to get the car at 10 am, when I got there they tried to give me a small SUV and not a pick up per my reservation. The Truck was not ready and had to be cleaned while I sat there for 50 mins. My reservation was confirmed at 8 am but the car wasn't then made ready for my pick up time. All the while the service rep, just kept telling me they cleaning it now, when I asked why it wasn't cleaned before I got there, he had no response. When I finally got in the truck, it was dirty in the inside, smelled as if someone smoked in it and from the cleaning the seats were wet leaving my pants when when I sat in the front seat. The whole ordeal left very upset and forced me to be an hour late for the appointment I was trying to get to, and pushed my entire trip back over three hours from the initial plan, becuase of one hour delay with not so much as an explanation as to why the truck was being cleaned when I got there verse prior to my arrival.Reviewed Feb 4 2024

Dirty carPros:The MPGCons:Car was very dirty on the outside and greasy in passenger Side. Had brown stuff on the plastic head part and what looked like chip grease all over the inside of door.
