Car we rented wasn't available, we lost 4 hours ofPros:Staff seemed friendly enough, tried to fix problem.Cons:Previous renters of the 1 van they have on site decided to come back late, so we lost 4 hours of our drive waiting for them to return. Car was given to us with 1/3 tank of fuel. No discount taken off for late delivery of car, but an overcharge of $200 on my cc card was just noticed. I will be following up.Reviewed Jan 6 2017
