Previous renters of the 1 van they have on site decided to come back late, so we lost 4 hours of our drive waiting for them to return. Car was given to us with 1/3 tank of fuel. No discount taken off for late delivery of car, but an overcharge of $200 on my cc card was just noticed. I will be following up.Avis

Budgets costumer service on a scale 0-10 is a negative #. One of their supervisors with a heavy accent named “daniel” was super rude and couldn’t care less about costumer satisfaction. I was transferred to their costumer specialist who was even worse. Will not be renting from them again.6,0 Okay

The thing is is when I went to this location they did not have my car ready nor was my car cleaned I had to leave and go pay somebody to have it cleaned that’s ridiculous especially going through a pandemic that we’re going through now I will never use this location again2,0 Poor

I prepaid for my car rental via Kayak/Priceline and Thrifty had no cars available for me, and I was told they had 34 similar reservations they could not accommodate because the system should not have allowed the bookings to occur knowing what the locations inventory would be. I had no choice but to have my payment refunded and I had no car during my vacation in Florida.2,0 Poor
