confussion over room
All inclusive part for the price was great! Rooms clean but some were dated. Sauna and steam room on site
Booked at palma bay resort. But on check in, my "room was booked" for Sarraha part of the hotel (2 star hotel) not the 3 star like i ha thought (not a mjor issue.... just want what i booked . Wasnt staying there long enough to argue about it. After all it was only a bed i wanted.

No minibar, no water cooker in the room and the beds are not so good.

Twin narrow bed instead of two separate beds.

It appeared to be an all inclusive hotel. All types of alcohol were free and all meals where included. That was a nice surprise.
