Pros (+) The room was clean and furnishings looked brand new. The Bathroom and shower were great, moved over from the Harborside, and for same rate, the room and service was far superior.
Cons (-) Other than Covid restrictions, the hotel staff was well prepared, and the room was great.

Pros (+) Location is second to none. Staff was friendly
Cons (-) Our room had a mildew smell. Staff knew about it and still rented the room. Outdoor Wave bar was closed. Hotel restaurant “Newes” was a bad experience. They are acting like they have table service, but basically they are allowing patrons to use their tables to eat from to go bags, while the rest of Edgartown has a “normal” dinning experience.

Pros (+) Location in heart of Edgartown.
Cons (-) Cleanliness could have been better. Carpets were dirty. Rooms are loud- can hear everything from other rooms above and from hallway. Ductless mini split operated loudly. The grill cover continued to vibrate while in use.

Cons (-) The door to my room didn’t even fully shut. You could hear every step from the people above you. $25 bike rental fee, whereas other hotels on the island offer as a complimentary amenity
