Pros (+) I liked; the feather quilt, the cotton balls and qui tips, the soaps and shampoo, the service, the shower with extension hose, the TV with DVD player, the kettle, the coffees,creamers, and sugars in the room, the choice of DVDs in the lobby, THE BREAKFAST, the pillow menu, the owners quest Manuel(optional reading but worth the time..and a lot more.
