The price and location were great.
We woke up to no water in the restroom! We couldn't brush our teeth, do the bathroom, or shower¿¿ Had to wait for problem to be fixed! Were allowed to stay past the 12 check out time. This put us behind schedule on our trip.
The centralized location of the property made getting places convenient
The light in our restroom inside the shower was filling with dirty water through the ceiling. We we re moved to another room. Second rooms AC did not work properly. It became so hot at times you began to sweat. The manager did buy us an oscillating fan.
How loud people are in the halls and reception desk would never answer at night and how people would be drinking at night in the kitchen area it¿s not a bar!
Were put in two separate dirty rooms that had not been cleaned and had trash and used items in them, and management did not seem to care.
Lady at front desk was very kind and respectful. She made us feel welcomed.

When we arrived at approximately 5:25-5:30 pm they were shutting the water. We had schedule a meeting and we had plan to take a bath before the meeting and that was not possilbe.
