Pros (+) The check in was very quick and easy. I reserved our balcony room months before and that’s what we got. Sometimes hotels don’t give you what you reserved.

Pros (+) Location is good for the Clarence, you can walk to most places
Cons (-) Can get noisy especially as the room is hot and opening the window means it gets very loud

Pros (+) The rooms and facilities are great. The service is highly professional and courteous. Right next to a small cafe if you want breakfast but don't want to dole out the 10-15 euro for the hotel's.
Cons (-) Stay was overall very good. You are still in downtown Dublin, though, so keep in mind that while closed windows help greatly, there are still lots of people partying just outside in the adjacent bar/club.
