Pros (+) friendly front desk, room was comfortable and modern, everything worked well in the room, I order room service dinner one night and the sandwich was excellent. Overall great TV channel selections with only one exception. room was quiet. the mattress was average. easy to adjust temperature.
Cons (-) housekeeping was lacking, for two days in a row my coffee was not refreshed, the first time, I called down to the desk for coffee and cream. The 2nd time, I didn't notice it had not been refreshed so in the morning, I didn't have any cups and had to use the water glass (no time to wait for room service) TV - i was missing my fox business channel.
