rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was very nice, great selection.
Shower curtains should have been replaced with glass panels a long time ago,
The location was very good the bed room was lovely. Some staff in bar/restaurant not very friendly. Dinner was cold and not much of an apology.
The room + bed was so clean + comfortable
Staff not too friendly. 1 bar staff on at night after a show at bord gais. Extremely slow. Drilling work at 7.20 am. We checked out a 8.15 to escape noise
We arrived at the hotel 3 hours before check in and we were delighted to find that our room was ready. We booked the twin room - the beds were really comfortable and the room itself was spotless, modern and most importantly- WARM! (December in Dublin!) The breakfast had a good variety and was in plentiful supply!
It’s a bit ‘out’ from the city centre. Not necessarily a negative thing, but not nice to do a lot of walking in the cold/ rain. The person who served us at the bar was also a bit rude.
Service in restaurant a bit slow.
