Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests expressed significant dissatisfaction with their stay at this hotel. The most frequent complaints were about poor cleanliness, including dirty rooms, bathrooms, and the presence of cockroaches and bedbugs. Many reviewers also reported unhelpful or unprofessional service, with some mentioning issues like overbooking, lack of refunds, and staff asking for extra money. Several guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing hidden charges and unmet expectations. While a few reviews mentioned a convenient location, the negatives far outweighed the positives in these reviews.
