The customer service is 10/10! The staff are friendly and polite. If you have a car, to save the hassle of trying to find a parking space you always have the option of using the free Valet service the hotel offers at any time but you do have to pay for parking. The Charges for parking are 2 Dirhams for 1 Hour and 5 Dirhams for 2 Hours.
