Pros (+) The rooms are very nice. Spacious, clean, good looking. Bed was terrific. Very comfortable.
Cons (-) I did an online advance check in and asked for a high floor. My confirmation email said I was confirmed on the 6th floor. When I arrived and checked in they gave me room 202 on the second floor. I don't know why my confirmed request was not honored.
