Staff friendliness

very dirty. example: W.C. wasn't cleaned for the whole week. No hand towels. 4 channels on TVs thought they put they have cable.

It was nice that they picked you up from the hotel. Our flight came in early so he did not have our name on the sheet of paper so we could not find the driver so that took an extra half an hour.The hotel was fine but they should clean the mold off the grouting in the bathroom otherwise it was fine. The front desk was nice and the driver. Nice furniture and clean and close to airport. Was nice they gave us a bottle of water in the morning. It worked out very well for a transit hotel on the way back from the maldives. We would stay there again.

Friendly staff.

No heating in room, a little cold in january... But I got a thick blanket from the reception when I asked, so sleeping was no problem.

It was freezing cold and there weren´t any blankets in the room! There weren´t any coffe or tee in the breakfastbuffe and you had to request especially for it an the staff wasn´t serviceminded at all

Location of Hotel

There is no heater in the room, whole night room temprature was very cold i had sickness of cold so i could not bear this and had to shorten my stay and become severe sick
