9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is within old city walls but transport connection is very convenient, with a direct dolmus from otogar. Tourist Information Office is 100m away, Grand Mosque and Han 5 min walk, all other central sites also walkable, including the railway station. Facilities were very good for this really cheap hotel, as was the breakfast. The stuff kindly provided their PC and printer, when it was needed.
5,4 Okay
Cons: We got the rooms in the third floor but there were no lift to the upper floors. The WiFi connection is very weak un the rooms and we need to went out from the rooms for internet connection, it is very difficult in the summer time.
8,3 Excellent
Cons: Air conditioner didn't works but don't cool at all
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Stuff are very nice!
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Sparkling clean, friendly staff, perfect location close to the wall, mosques, museums, great breakfast
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Really nice, polite and helpful staff. The receptionist carried my suitcase to the taxi station at 3 am although he was tired after a long day. They helped me cancel my bus booking and were always genuinely smiling :)) The room was simple but very clean and the air-conditioning was perfect. Breakfast was good, too. Location of hotel is very close , around a 7 minute walk, to Diyarbakır archeological museum , which is a must visit! It's also close to Ulu camii ( the great mosque) and old bazaars. It's also opposite Ocakbaşı restaurant which serves tasty food. I've been travelling to East and Southeast Turkey, and I felt comfortable the most in this hotel.
Cons: It didn't bother me personally but it might be useful to know that there's no elevator and you might need to climb some stairs. Plus, it's not close to fancy but you get more than what you pay for.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff, even though they couldn't speak english were extremely helpful, I stayed little over a week and they made sure I was very well. It was Ramadan so the tasty traditional turkish breakfast they offer was very helpful to keep me stocked up for the day. The location is great, a short walk from everything in the old city and a short taxi drive to the airport. The hotel is incredibly quiet and doesn't get many visitors which makes it feel like having its own abandonned mansion
Cons: The hotel is just next to a mosque so if you are a light sleeper you might get woken up by the early call to prayer. Rooms are a little old and could use a bit of freshening up but at that unbeatable price it is a very good trade off
7,9 Good
Pros: The staff were excellent
Cons: There is no assansors at the hotel,it was too difficult to go upstairs and downstairs,
10,0 Excellent
Pros: When booking this I saw the photos, price and location and thought “ahhh good enough for one night I guess” but after staying the rooms and hotel are much much much better than the photos show. Please update your photos because You’re rooms are better than your photos show. Location is really good too.
7,0 Good
Pros: It is a basic accommodation good for a shorter stay. My room was small but clean and air-conditioned. It is in the historic part of the city and is conveniently located for a day of sightseeing within the city's ancient walls. The surrounding area is buzzing with great restaurants, bakeries and pastry shops.
Cons: The hotel has no parking and finding a spot nearby might be challenging.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very professional and helpful staff, with some English spoken. They helped us for giving back the car to the local office of the car rental where they couldn’t speak English. Very spacious, clean and modern room with very good airco. Swimming pool available upon request, but terrace closed. They helped with a taxi in the very early morning to go to the airport. Good wifi . Excellent location just by the main entrance gate of the old town.
Cons: Nothing, all was good.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was reliable and friendly, room was simple but comfortable and clean.
Cons: Airport taxi ordered by the front desk took too long to arrive, jeopardizing arrival in time for flight.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was very good, easy walk to the 'new city', and near most things of interest. The guys working there were extremely friendly, and quite helpful.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location is good , a walking distance to the Old City.A Lot of Supermarkets nearby this hotel. BIM and SOX are just behind the hotel. Lost of bakeries, dessert shops, restaurant and kebab outlet and groceries just a few minutes walking distance. The staff helped to change the bulb of the room as I told them it is too dim for my study.Rezan, the staff is a very hard working staff, do all the way to fulfill your request. The room is cleaned everyday.
Cons: The shower cubicle is too small. Pregnant woman or XL guy will not fit. The single room that I have is very small. No mini bar or fridge in the room. The lift will only from Level 1. therefore when u come with big luggage you have to take it up the steep metal staircase to go to Level 1 to get the lift. There is always a smell of cigarette in the room even though it supposed to be a non smoking room.
7,1 Good
Pros: Cheap, good location, nice breakfast
Cons: No shampoo, and tissues in the room
10,0 Excellent

10,0 Excellent

Cons: Overpriced.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Kaya has an excallent location, everything worth sighseeing is in a walking distance. It’s very safe - being a single woman traveller I felt very comfortable and peaceful staying at the hotel and the staff was very helpful, advising me how to get to certain places avoiding taxis! The room although simple was extremely clean! and I found the bathroom perfec 10/10. I would like to recommend this place to any European tourist - it’s decent, it’s nice, its worth a try!
Cons: the breakfast was very simple but considering the low price it is understandable.
6,3 Good
Pros: Nice breakfast (like everywhere in Turkey) and central location.
Cons: Dirty room (ex. hair on the floor and bed). Staff doesn't speak Englist at all (again, this is inherent to Turkey).
