Cons (-) Microvave in room before we started to eat, heat up the room it only got to 76 degrees the whole night had to take the floor heater from the guard at the desk and not have us wsit 30 mins outside before someone came to let us in and then another 30 mins before we got pur key.

Pros (+) I liked the location.
Cons (-) EVERYTHING! Parking lot filled with potholes, room service is lacking the service, air conditioning never worked. had to open the windows and my toom was filled with bugs. They tried to charge me $120 for a resort fee 2x.

Cons (-) Carpets in room stained no biggie but I assume most ladies or wives wouldn’t like Bathroom was very nice and clean beds comfortable and clean Overall perfect price for an over night stay Security was great No concerns about my car over night Was a nice night kept the windows open for a nice breeze

Cons (-) Poor customer service. Did not provide the service we requested and paid for. We paid for a roll away bed and they did not have one at first, but then said they did but it took over an hour late at night to get it. Very disappointing.

Pros (+) I liked the location (river front). Staff very friendly.
Cons (-) I did not like the fact that shower water temp was warm (at best). I had to wait for it to get to a temp that I could basically spray myself off. I am not sure what it would take to fix, but if it wasn’t for that, I would have given a much better review. I will not be staying here again just for that reason alone.

Cons (-) Restaurant was closed for the entire stay, room was not ready at time stated, and cable channels were fuzzy. My stay was ok other than these things.

Cons (-) I reserved a riverfront room and I received a room on the parking lot. Service at desk was painfully slow to check in.

Pros (+) Neat historical building, nice view and location on the riverwalk.
Cons (-) Staff was a little quiet, tried answering when asked but almost had to draw things out of them. Felt like I was imposing a little bit.
