The size of my room was amazing.
If only the bed was a king size and comfortable...it was a small uncomfy double bed in a very big room. Also when i booked i requested for a big room with a king size bed and a top floor room with views but nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The staff were amazing, the best compared to any other Hotel I have stayed at. Very attentive and asked questions and made conversation and resolved any issues. Great location for shopping and the bus station.
My hot breakfast was a bit plain tasting and wasn't very hot by time I sat to eat it.
The perfect location.. very clean.. excellent breakfast..
The only issue was that unbelievably dogs are aloud in the restaurant... firstly shame on the owners bringing them in and secondly shame on holiday inn for allowing them to do it... sorry holiday inn, it was the perfect stay until that!
Parking - The hotel needs to publish a map, there are several different entrances to the Intu car pal. If you choose the wrong one (like I did) your car is locked in overnight. Room- room 220 electrical relays in the ceiling periodically buzzed loudly, leading to a broken nights sleep
Housekeeping wasn't very good
