Overpriced with rude staff
Room was decent and clean
The staff was rude. The rooms were way overpriced. The breakfast was not worth it at all. I was not happy with my stay and would have left immediately if it wasn't an emergency keeping me nearby.
Quick business trip.
I like that the location is within walking distance to great restaurants! I was able to get to my meetings on time. It was a $10 uber ride to downtown. I've stayed here before and noticed new beds with is a plus.
I do have the same complaint as always-they could work a little more on cleanliness, there are water spots on the ceiling and behind the night stand could use a deep clean. Also they could update the towels, they are are very much worn and rough.

Found a brown, dripping mass on the wall, a large greasy white stain on the bedskirt (surely just mayonnaise), insect leg in the drawers, cigarette burns all over the quilts, some red orange goo on the coffee machine plug, the list goes on. They did clean the items I felt like complaining about specifically and did so promptly, but the front desk lady seemed really annoyed to have been bothered and was generally standoffish. Probably my worst experience at a hotel overall.
